Fairy Tales

Good morning everyone. I have my newest card for you to share today. It's for Daring Cardmakers
Fairy Tale challenge.

It was so easy to create this card. I had really fun to layering pattern papers. Each layer is different paper with inked edges around.

I love the Stampin'Up Sale-A-Bration See Ya Later collection. The sentiment used on this card is my absolutely favorite!

Instead of lace I added paper petals and cotton trim which I frayed and pleated for more shabby effect.

Once in a lifetime you meet SOMEONE who changes everything!
I met and with him I feel like a princess living her fairy tale!

Have a lovely day!

Carnival

This card I would like to entry to Casology week 85 challenge Carnival. The theme make me smile. I remeber when I was a little child how we used to celebrate carnivals at school. All those beautiful handmade costumes! Princesses, musketeers, daisies, ladybugs, Indians, toadstools, fairies and klauns. Oh, sweet memories! :0)

Speaking about klauns here is my card :

All pieces on this card are cut by hand. I went for different colours and structures to make my klaun more life.

I used yellow chalk around the edges of square paper and brown thread for machine stitching.

March Colours

Hello everyone! I'm very exciting today! It was my turn to set up a new dare at Daring Cardmakers. You don't know, but this is my little celebration too. This week has been 3 years since they took me under wings and I am so proud of it.  Dear Daring Cardmakers thank you for having me! I love you very much! You will always be my favourite!
Now... as it is a first Friday of the month it is time for Colour Challenge! So this is what I came up to :
Use colour palette from my inspirational image :

My card :

and here is my tutorial how to create this card :

Cover the white card blank 12.8 x 17 cm with kraft cardstock paper.

Print out sentiment on white cardstock. I used fonts from www.dafont.com ( If you don't have a printer stamp some nice sentiment or rub on some transfer ).  Cut out frame 10 x 14.5cm  use Spellbinder Classic Rectangles Large for making the window. Ink the edges and stitch around.

Die cut grass from green patterned paper using Spellbinder Labels Ten and house from light blue cardstock using Memory Box Village House.

Cut out two panels. The pattern one 15.3 x 11.5cm for matting and the orange one 9 x 13.5cm for the house background.

Adhere the grass oval and frame on the orange background.

Fix the house, leave the door open for dimensional effect.

Wrap the twine around the frame.

Matt with patterned paper and affix on the card front. Add buttons and gem stone for the door knob to finish.

Have a beautiful afternoon! Sending blessings!

Do you have your bikes ready?

Here is my card dedicated to my loving hubby who can't live without cycling!
