The Flowers for May

Well, as it is the first Friday of the month The Daring Cardmakers are back to their year long monthly theme. May flowres are the Hawthorn and the Lily of  the Valley. I've chosen the Lily of the Valley. The flower is also known as Our Lady's tears, since, according to Christian legend, the Lily of the Valley came into being from Eve's tears after she was driven with Adam from the Garden of Eden. When we translate the name of this flower in to the flower language it means return of happiness, purity of heart and sweetness.

Here is my card :

 Used Material:

Daller Rowney paper, Bazzill cardstock, Kraft paper from Muji, Fancy Pants and Crate patterned paper, Spellbinder Nestabilities, Melissa Frances rub-on, Martha Stewart doily border punch, Pom pom trim, Ribbon, Pearl sticker from Tesco, Threads ( I crocheted the brown one), Ink pad.
