The Year of the Rabbit

3rd February 2011 will welcome in the next Chinese New Year - The Year of the Rabbit. So this week The Daring Cardmakers challenge is to make a card with an Oriental feel or a card that features a rabbit. I went for a second choice. Don't tell anyone but I was cheeky I couldn't resist to test a crunchy little carrot :0)          Yummy... so sweet.

It's All About Me!

This week's Daring Cardmakers challenge is to design a card that I've never got. A card just for me! To use my special papers and embellishments (the ones that I stash away because they're too pretty). So I made this card to me :

Let me introduce you Roar the Moving Head! Yes you are right, it's a Dinosaur with the moving head. This time for my 6 year old nephew Samuel who is completely obsessed with the dinosaurs.

Snowdrops and Carnations

For 2011 Daring Cardmakers will be taking inspiration from the flowers associated with each month. The flowers associated with the month of January are the Snowdrops and the Carnation. And here is my first flower card. I went for the Carnation.

From the Winter to the Beach

This week Daring Cardmakers fantastic and fresh Keryn's theme is "AT THE BEACH". I am bringing you my old design. This shaped card was published at the same time in two card magazines. Originally made for my lovely mum.
