The Ribbon Reel Challenge #15

Good morning everybody!Welcome to November's first Ribbon Reel Challenge blog.
Today is my turn to set up our challenge:
use colours from the inspiration photo to create your stunning card or project with
butterflies
ribbon,lace or twine.

Inspiration photo :

My card :

I've focused on the colours from the motivation picture and used my new MME paper pads from
 The Glitter Pot  ;0)

and I've used Melissa Frances transfer "Family" for the sentiment, it matched perfectly with my butterflies

I've layered and stitched orange mesh and tile blue seam binding then added two paper flowers to create this rich bow. All ribbons, flowers and lace are from        The Ribbon Reel. They have really fantastic range of yummy staff.

All the cut out butterflies are from The Graphics Fairy image printed on my printer, embellished with Prima adhesive pearl and gem stones stickers for a luxury touch

May the wings of the butterfly kiss the sun
and find your shoulder to light on,
to bring you luck, happiness and riches
today, tomorrow and beyond.

Have a lovely Monday!

Used Material

Cream cardstock, MME patterned papers, Graphics Fairy image, Ribbons + Lace + Paper flowers, Melissa Frances transfer, Prima Marketing adhesive pearls and gems, Pinking scissors and black ink

True meaning of the season

You know that I am obsessed cardmaker, I've changed the page in my craft book today and created something new! There are so many christmas decoration on the market so I was thinking to create something homemade.

This is naked paper mache tree ornament before:

and after :

My true meaning of the season Joy and Peace. Love will come very soon :0)

I adhered page from some old book on to the front of paper mache  tree ornament from HobbyCraft, then sticked Washi tape and added panel from My Mind's Eye A Happy Heart cardstock paper

embellished with the bow from Primark hair pin ( from summer sale ), handmade felt flower, Adornit Tiny Black alphabet stickers and adhesive gem stones

I had really fun to create this homemade decorations. I think they'll be gorgeous present for my very friends

For the pink felt flower I have chosen pinking scissors and I have forgotten to mentioned a black ink pad.
Here is some trick how to ink the edges around the Christmas tree: use a cotton bud!

Have a lovely evening! I am off to get ready dinner.

Used Material

Paper Mache Christmas tree from HobbyCraft, 2 pages from some old book, white cardstock, MME A Happy Heart cardstock paper, Washi tapes, Bows from Primark hair pins, Felt, Adornit alphabet stickers, Adhesive gem stones and black ink

Bejewelled

Hi everyone! Happy Friday!
Today I have a little autumn card to share with you for new Daring Cardmakers challenge.
came up with idea to create cards inspired by
piece of jewellery.

I used Cameo as an inspiration

My card :

Walk in Richmond Park gave me an idea to create a proper autumn card for this challenge

I cut out the leafs from the Basic Grey Picadelly patterned paper then I inked the edges around, drew the lines and scrunch to create distress effect
Seam binding is so easy to use. I made a big brown bow embellished with the Tiny Cameo button and two pearl stickers as a centre. Added threaded beads for the jewellery finish  :0)

This gatehered lace is really vintage I herited it from my grandma.

Have a wonderful and blessed Friday and
see you soon!
