Vintage Mood

I feel like vintage today. Let's see what can lift my vintage mood. What about vintage envelopes? Yes, that's a great idea! I love decorating Kraft envelopes.

I stamped Hobbycraft clear stamps to embellish my envelopes. And what would be an envelope without a card!

Thank you envelope is stamped with green ink uses Hobbycraft Tree clear stamp and on the top part heat and embossed Thank you stamp using yellow embossing powder.

Card was very easy done with pink Pebbles ink Front Porch pattern paper and Hobbycraft tree stamp again, then adhering die cut Memory Box Heart border in the middle and finished with Stampin'Up Thanks stamp from Vintage Verses collection.

The other envelope is stamped with Hobbycraft Vintage Scissors and Thumble using brown inks and Keep Kalm and Craft On stamp heat embossed with pink embossing powder. Bit busy photo, but I somehow love all those vintage bits and pieces together.

This card uses paper scraps from my scrap box. To continue the vintage theme I stamped Vintage Scissors on the top part and ink the edges around, then I die cut Sizzix Stampin'Up Framelits Chalk Talk from grey cardstock and sew on assorted vintage buttons. Folded kraft cardstock to create to supporting corners for the button card. So you don't need any glue or tape for it to take it off for you sewing projects. Finally I tied brown paper twine.

Thank you for stopping by! Hugs!

Little Fairy

I have one more card with chilhood theme to share. As I walked in Poundland shop a cute little fairy smiled at me from the craft isle. 'Am I in fairy tale' I asked myself!:0) I was.

This card was made very easily.

I stamped Stampin'Up Mixed Bunch background on the white cardstock, then adhered pink patterned paper on the bottom part and ink the edges around with brown ink.

Fix the vintage lace and stamped KaiserCraft Life sentiment to the left corner. Finally I adhered Fairy image with mounting pads.

Hope that you all have a beautiful morning!

My Book Hero

Some heroes become famous and change the world for those who come after them. Some heroes changed the world for one person. Do you  remember your favourite book hero? My one was very special. When I was little, (I mean very very little), my parents bought me a book about Chiodino. A little boy made by his father, very similar to Pinoccio, but instead of wood this little guy was made of iron and metal.

We have very nice challenge over at Daring Cardmakers

It's Svenja here and I'd like to invite you to take a little stroll down memory lane this week. Do you remember the time when your parents would read a good-night story for you? And then the first books you read on your own? And probably over and over again just because you loved their characters so much...
I'd like you to create a card to commemorate this time and your

Childhood (book) Heroes.

So here is my little hero. Friend from my childhood.

Originally Book Le avventure di Chiodino was translated to Slavak language as Srofikove dobrodruzstva.

Have nice beginning of the week.

Hello Sunshine

Hello, how are you? I am back with my new projects today. The first one to share is for Poppystamps Blog. I was experimenting to create a card with watercolour technique. You should try it too it's so relaxing!

My card uses kraft cardstock for card base. Poppystamps Big Bubble Background die cut from white cardstock and watercolour paper for artist.

Each bubble is painted wet on wet technique. I used my Staedler Noris Club Aquarell Water Colour Pencils. They are brilliant and very affordable.

For the sentiment I die cut Memory Box Open Studio Oh Hello Again sentiment from black foam and adhered just above natural twine.

Hope that you have nice Wednesday.

Used Material :

Kraft and white cardstock
Watercolour paper for artist
Poppystamps Big Bubble Background
Memory Box Open Studio Oh Hello Again die
Staedler Watercolour pencils
